Jeremy started his career nearly 30 years ago in the Construction Industry, eventually progressing to the role of Contract Surveyor and worked on varied projects whilst always maintaining an active role within the local property market. More recently he formed Redbrick as an Independent Estate Agency offering a practical alternative to the mainstream and further developed the Rural and Regal brand in association with Bateman North Chartered Surveyors.
Jeremy is married to Vanessa with five children living in Cheltenham.
In his spare time you can find him playing snooker.
Paul Stephens Sales Manager
Paul worked for 10 years in the Financial Industry primarily in insurance and investment broking. He then spent some time with a national estate agent before exploring other avenues including 10 years as a driving instructor before joining Redbrick Estates. He currently lives in Stonehouse with his wife and three children.
Nigel Shutt
Lettings Manager
Nigel spent 10 years in the Aerospace Industry as a financial controller. Followed by 4 years in Financial Services, moving into Management Consultancy. The past few years he has worked with a charitable organisation in order to upgrade and expand their housing stock for clients with special needs. In this position he has developed close working relationships with Letting Agents in the Birmingham area together with a number of private landlords and developers.
He is a member of the Midland Landlords Accreditation Scheme in Birmingham and has moved back to Cheltenham where he had previously lived for 10 years.
Adam Jones
Financial Advisor
After achieving A-Levels and a Degree in Business and Finance Adam spent 3 years working for a National Insurance brokerage in Worcester where he specialised in House and Car insurance products. His duties here included the underwriting of insurance policies and enabled him to gain a vast knowledge of products and services in a very competitive market.
Adam entered the mortgage and insurance industry in 2002. The first year was spent studying and gaining the CeMAP and MAQ qualifications, as well as continual ongoing training in various product and sales areas. Over the years Adam has become fully qualified in all Protection products and has been able to help every variety of customer with their mortgage and protection requirements.
Adam’s working life covers a large area as his time is split between South Birmingham and Cheltenham – and everywhere in between! He presently lives in Bromsgrove/Cheltenham and spends his social time playing football (if his legs will allow him!!) and travelling.

Stephanie graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a degree in Digital Media, studying all aspects of the Design Industry.
Since then Stephanie has worked in various roles where she has learnt the value of good customer service.
Stephanie lives in Cheltenham and enjoys cooking and socialising with friends.
